What are the Age Limits?
Our Age Limit is 10+ but must attend with someone over the age of 18
PLEASE NOTE: 
If you are lucky (or unlucky) enough to not look your age, we may ask for ID as proof of age – we suggest those lucky/unlucky people bring a passport.
 

What should i wear?
 You will get HOT so something lose and comfortable is advised.
NO open toe'd shoes - please wear sensible shoes - no heels, sandals or flips flops.

We supply PPE (Overalls, Helmet, Gloves)

Is There wheelchair access?
Yes we are wheelchair accessible! - It can be a little tight getting into the customer toilet, but staff are on site to help with manoeuvring!
 

Do you accept walk ins?
Unfortunately Not.
We are currently operating as a by booking only system
 

Can i Record my Experience?
Yes! But please remember to tag us if you share on socials!

 

Can i take part if im Pregnant?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the rage room experience, we cannot permit anyone that is pregnant to take part. This is for health & safety reasons as there can be an awful lot of debris flying around and … our insurance says so!

Why not book a slot for after the baby has arrived?

What is the Cancellation policy?
Bookings cannot be cancelled and are non refundable.

If 24 hours notice is given you can reschedule your booking slot

If the booking was made using a gift voucher the rebooked session must take place prior to the original expiry date of the voucher.
 

Where can I park?
Unfortunately we don't have a private car park; However our customers are able to use the On-street parking which is just a minute walk to our door. 
On quiet days there is parking behind the unit - Opposite Caremark - Please only park in non sign posted bays. 

GDPR?
When booking or creating an account, you have the option to opt-in for marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from these by clicking unsubscribe on the bottom of any emails or informing us at rageremedy@gmail.com. Any and all personal information is stored securely on encrypted devices and through encrypted servers.

How Much stuff do we get to smash?

Our current packages ALL come with the following as a minimum:

  • At least 10 - 15 throwables ( glasses, plates, etc)

  • 10 -15 smashable items such as kettles, toasters, DVD players, etc

What you get is purely based on what we can get.

We occasionally get TV’s, laptops and computer screens that we deem as “special items” and these can be purchased on the day in the venue.
